The process of making a single Murano glass is inherited from centuries of tradition. The glass master ("maestro") only produces one glass at a time - blowing, wielding and heating - until it has formed its unique and organic shape. This manual process results in each piece being perfectly imperfect and we wouldn't have it any other way.

The Amalfi Coast may be famous for its breathtaking cliffs that elegantly dive into the Mediterranean, however it quickly became obvious that there was a much more to this coast than meets the eye. Dating back to the 15th Century, ceramics production on the Amalfi has a long history and a rich tradition - made from the local red clay mixed with limestone, pottery has been formed and fired here for thousands of years.
